Overall Weekend Forecast:

The Cool air will stick around but the COLD air will stay towards the central and northern parts of Alabama. A rainy Friday ahead for us but the rest of the weekend should be mostly sunny with cool Fall weather to entice us for some S'mores over a fire. Be safe, stay warm and have a great Weekend! 


Severe Weather:

* High Surf advisory may be issued on Friday, but regardless 5ft or more surf is possible on Friday. 

* High Risk of Rip Currents during the High Surf on Friday and into Saturday. 


Weekend Forecast:

Thursday - Sunny skies through most of the afternoon before an increase in clouds near or after sunset. Showers after midnight are possible. Highs in the low to mid 50s and Lows in the low 40s.

Friday - Rain and windy at times. Some areas could see heavy rainfall. WSW winds will be at 20 to 30mph at times. Highs will reach the mid 60s but will be dipping into the mid to low 50s before sunset. Lows overnight will reach the low to mid 30s. NW winds will be at 10 to 20mph during the evening hours.

Saturday - Sunny at first then cloudy skies enter the area. Highs near 60 with East wind around 5-10mph. Occasional rain is possible by the evening hours with Lows near 50.

Sunday - Partly cloudy skies with a high near 50. WNW winds at 10 to 15mph. Lows overnight will be in the mid to upper 30s. Light winds through the evening hours. 

90% chance of precipitation


Next Week - Mostly dry and cool. Partly cloudy skies throughout the Week with Highs ranging in the mid 50s to low 60s. Overnight Lows will range in the upper 30s to low 40s.

Moderate to High Risk of Rip Currents through the weekend.

1ft or less for Thursday morning but quickly increasing 1-2ft by Thursday evening.

3-5ft or more is possible for Friday and Friday evening. 

2-3ft by Saturday and decreasing to around 1ft. by Sunday.
