Overall Weekend Forecast:

I hope everyone had a great Christmas! As we look to close out the 2024 year, it'll be wet and potentially stormy at times. Expect mostly cloudy skies with a few rays of sunshine from time to time. But also expect showers and thunderstorms especially on Saturday. Be safe and have a great weekend!  


Severe Weather:

Saturday: Potential for marginal risk of Severe Weather

 -What? - Gusty winds, small hail and even isolated tornadoes can't be ruled out. High Risk of Rip Currents through Sunday. 

 -When? - Anytime Saturday but best chance in the late afternoon to evening hours.

Weekend Forecast:

Thursday - Cloudy skies with Highs in the mid 60s. East winds at 10-15mph at times. Warm and cloudy skies continue through the evening with Lows in the upper 50s to low 60s. ESE winds at 10-15mph with a slight chance of rain to move through the area.

Friday - Mixture of sun and clouds throughout the day. Some scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible. Highs in the low 70s and Lows in the mid 60s in the evening. SSE at 10-15mph are possible. 

60% chance of precipitation.


Saturday - Scattered showers and thunderstorms continue with Highs in the mid 70s. SSE winds 10-15mph. Lows will stay in the low to mid 60s with the chance of showers and thunderstorms in the area. 

90% chance of precipitation.


Sunday - Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the morning with partly cloudy skies by late afternoon. Highs in the low 70s with Lows dipping into the low 50s to upper 40s before Monday's Sunrise.

Next Week - Warm and sunny to start the week but another round of rain quickly moves in by New Year's Eve. This system will move in and out quickly, which will make New Year's Day sunny and cool. From New Year's Day through the rest of the week it'll be cool with mostly sunny skies with Highs in the mid 50s and cold evenings with Lows dipping into the mid to low 30s.
